Masterworx was appointed as Concept Architects for a joint venture with SVA Architects to refurbish this landmark Shopping Centre. Taking into consideration the existing structures and the sentimental history of its owners, Masterworx conceptualize and delivered the new look to whole new level. Inspired by the retail elegance of Bal Harbour and Beverly Hills, this aging yet adored Bedfordview shopping centre was given a fresh new aesthetic.

Masterworx took great care to revitalize and refresh the interior and exterior of the building while respecting the original intent and village atmosphere. Not only was the offering of the centre vastly improved, but the embodied energy of the structure was reused instead of opting for demolition. This is one of the sustainability approaches often championed by our company.
